The Urban Labs will be conducted on line on 13 and 20 September from 9:30 to 11:00 CET time through zoom Full Description: “Urban Climate Resilience: Engaging Youth through Urban Labs” is an online training course aimed at empowering young people in marginalized urban areas to address climate change challenges.
Utilizing the Urban Labs methodology, this course offers a platform for innovation and collaboration where participants can develop and test ideas and technologies to enhance urban resilience.
The course comprises a series of interactive online activities facilitated by experienced trainers and youth moderators. Key topics include understanding urban climate challenges, developing innovative solutions, and implementing neighborhood-based practices for climate resilience. Participants will also engage in demonstrative environmental actions, applying their knowledge to real-world projects that contribute to environmental protection and climate change mitigation in their communities.
This training is particularly beneficial for youth workers, leaders, trainers, and project managers involved in non-formal learning and youth work. The course is funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme, ensuring no participation fee for attendees.
